Why Flourish Health?

Flourish Health is a growing NDIS-aligned allied health practice in Melbourne. We provide in-home occupational therapy and speech pathology to people living with disability, health conditions, and age-related challenges across Melbourne metro.

We are not a large corporate provider. We are a small, person-centred team that values quality over volume, clinical autonomy over rigid protocols, and genuine flexibility over empty promises. If you want to do meaningful work with real support behind you, this is the place.

  • Small team, big impact - your work genuinely shapes the practice
  • In-home model - no clinic commute, work close to where you live
  • Flexible hours - full-time, part-time, or contractor
  • Clinical supervision and mentoring from day one
